THERMOFORM SHEETS

The classic application for BOPS sheets is the production of lightweight, highly transparent or coloured containers, trays, cups, tubs and bowls using the thermoforming process; for protection and presentation primarily of all types of food products, either for immediate consumption or for use as categorizing and presentation media.

The mechanical resilience attained through controlled stretching of the sheet in combination with its easy formability and brilliant transparency result in an economical packaging material of unequalled quality. What's more, it is fully recyclable.

We supply sheets in thicknesses from 150 to 800 µm in various formulations, adapted to the particular application and the thermoforming system used. Our sheets for thermoform processing have a coating that facilitates release from the mould and de-nesting of stacked thermoformed products, and also permit the use of robots for fully automated filling.
