Thermoform Sheets

The classic application for BOPS sheets involves the production of lightweight, highly transparent or coloured containers, trays, cups, tubs and bowls using the thermoforming process; these items are primarily used to protect and present all types of food products, either for immediate consumption or for use as a categorisation and presentation medium.

The mechanical resilience obtained by stretching the sheet in a controlled manner and the ease of its pliability and brilliant transparency provide a low-cost packaging material of unequalled quality. What's more, it is fully recyclable.

We supply sheets in thicknesses ranging from 150 to 800 µm in various formulations, adapted to the particular application and the thermoforming system that is being used. Our sheets for thermoform processing have a coating that facilitates release from the mould and the denesting of stacked thermoformed products and also permits the use of robots for fully automated filling processes.
